Shook Chair Featured in IILP 10th Anniversary Video

The Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession (IILP) has featured Shook Chair Madeleine McDonough, along with other law firm leaders and in-house counsel, in its 10th Anniversary video highlighting the importance of diversity in law firms and businesses.

McDonough serves on the organization’s board of directors. “I think what IILP does is try to make people a little bit uncomfortable by demanding more,” McDonough said, “by saying ‘be honest, what are the real barriers to achieving diversity?’”
