Lewis to Discuss Implicit Bias at Shook Alumni Event in Houston

Partner John Lewis, Jr., will lead a discussion of implicit bias and the neuroscience behind it at an upcoming Shook alumni event in Houston, Tuesday, September 24, 2019. 

For lawyers, awareness of unconscious bias in ourselves, the legal system and our clients positively affects our professional work, as well as the work we do as leaders in our communities. Lewis will offer participants insights on how to identify bias in ourselves, and how to work to be the kind of lawyers - and people - we want to be.
