Two Shook Partners Named to Benchmark Litigation "40 and Under Hot List"

Benchmark Litigation has selected Shook Partners Charlie Eblen and Zach Chaffee-McClure as members of the 2019 “40 and Under Hot List.”

Eblen represents clients in high-stakes trial and appellate matters and was selected in the general commercial category. Chaffee-McClure helps clients unravel complex business problems including breach-of-contract and breach-of-warranty claims. Benchmark Litigation chose him in the antitrust, appellate and class action litigation categories. Benchmark has also previously named Chaffee-McClure a “Future Star.”

The Benchmark “40 & Under Hot List” honors lawyers who are among the top young litigators in their respective communities in the United States and Canada. Both Eblen and Chaffee-McClure have been selected for inclusion since the honor began in 2016.
