Sullivan Examines Class Action Activity in Managed Care

Partner Tom Sullivan will present "Examining New Class Action Activity in the Managed Care Space" at the American Conference Institute Managed Care Conference in Chicago, May 17, 2019. 

The session will include: an overview of recent class action activity and its impact on the industry in the last year; an exploration of theories of liability being asserted by plaintiffs' attorneys; and the best strategies being employed by managed care organizations to defend such cases. 

Sullivan's co-presenters will be Mary Beth Edwards, senior managing director at Ankura, and Jaime Stilson, partner at Dorsey & Whitney in Minneapolis.
