Eppenauer to Present on Building Client Relationships With Outside Counsel

Shook Partner Bart Eppenauer will present  the webinar “Attracting and Keeping Good Corporate Clients: Navigating the Relationship Between Inside and Outside Counsel,” at 12 p.m. EST Thursday, January 10, 2019. The webinar is hosted by IP Watchdog. Joining Eppenauer is Benjamin Brown, the assistant general counsel of intellectual property for Analog Devices, Inc.

The panel will explore effective ways to attract and keep good corporate clients; the pressure outside counsel faces to deliver within the often-decreasing budgets of corporate clients; and building the relationship between inside and outside counsel.

Eppenauer served as Microsoft’s chief patent counsel for more than a decade and now is Managing Partner of Shook’s Seattle office.
