McCartan to Present Webinar on Counterclaim Strategies for Creditors

Shook Partner Steve McCartan will present the webinar “Counterclaims–Prevention and Risk Management Strategies for Creditors,” at 12:00 p.m. CST Thursday, December 6, 2018. McCartan will guide participants through potential scenarios for countersuits and discuss ways to minimize the creditor’s exposure through strategic documentation and communication planning.
