Holly Smith and Molly Carella Speak At Kansas Law Review Symposium
Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partner Holly Smith and Of Counsel Molly Carella participate in the University of Kansas 2016 Kansas Law Review Symposium , "50th Anniversary Perspectives on the Modern Class Action," on October 14, 2016, at the University of Kansas School of Law in Lawrence, Kansas.
The Symposium highlights the 50th anniversary of the 1966 Amendments to Rule 23 and will “explore the emerging challenges and contemporary contours of the class action.”
Smith moderates the Practitioner Panel that includes Carella, Eric Barton of Wagstaff and Cartmell, Robert Coykendall of Morris Laing, Rex Sharp of Rex A. Sharp PA, Victoria Smith of Stinson Leonard Street and Brad Wilders of Stueve Siegel Hanson.
