Oot Moderates Panel on SEC and FTC at 2015 RSA Conference

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Washington D.C. Partner Patrick Oot moderates a panel on working with new Securities and Exchange Commission and Federal Trade Commission regulations at the 2015 RSA Conference in San Francisco April 20-24.

Oot moderates a session that focuses on the vigorous programs launched in 2014 by the SEC’s Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations and the FTC. Oot’s session is titled “Managing Expectations: The SEC & FTC Target InfoSEC Compliance.”
