Schwartz Speaks to DOJ Summer Associates

SHB Partner Victor Schwartz recently presented a lecture to the summer associates serving in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Torts Branch. The lecture, titled “Modern Tort Law: How You Can Shape Its Future,” addressed a range of topics, including the government’s role in tort reform and the importance of public opinion in expanding or limiting tort law.
