Biography
Nick is a member of the firm's Tort Section and has successfully represented clients in a wide range of practice areas, including products liability, complex commercial litigation and environmental matters. He has advised clients in regulatory matters and has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts throughout Texas and the nation. Nick also has extensive experience in pre-trial matters, including the resolution of complex discovery disputes, motion practice, expert witness work, and settlement negotiations, and has successfully obtained the dismissal of several cases through dispositive motions and through early settlement negotiations.
Nick graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with honors. During law school, he was an associate editor of the Texas Law Review, received the Texas Law Review Association Best Litigation Note Award and was justice (president) of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Before entering law school, Nick graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University, where he was admitted into Phi Beta Kappa, Psi Chi Honor Society and Golden Key International Honour Society.
