Biography

Gabe defends pharmaceutical and medical device companies in products-liability litigation. His experience includes work on individual and multidistrict matters in state and federal courts across the country. Gabe has participated in all phases of litigation ranging from fact and expert discovery through motion practice, trial and appeal. He has also briefed complex legal issues such as federal preemption in the context of medical devices.

Gabe is active in the firm’s recruiting and mentoring efforts. He has served as a supervising attorney and as a social committee co-chair for the summer-associate program, as well as a mentor to junior associates.

Gabe graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law and received a certificate of dispute resolution from its top-ranked Straus Institute. While at Pepperdine, he served as literary citation editor of Pepperdine Law Review. In addition to competing in moot courts against barrister students from two of London's Inns of Court - Inner Temple and Grey's Inn, he also competed in the Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong.
